About SAW ClubStaunton Augusta Waynesboro Disc Golf, otherwise known as SAW, consists of a group of disc golfers trying to bring the exciting sport of disc golf to people of all ages in the Staunton, Waynesboro, and Augusta County area. Currently we have two courses for you to enjoy; one in Staunton and one in Waynesboro. Come on out and fling some plastic!

Description:
The Kiwanis Disc Golf Course opened in Montgomery Hall Park in Staunton, Virginia, in June of 2005. Originally designed by Will Grant and Dr. David Vance, the course was redesigned in 2007 by Rene Devito. It is an 18 hole course has up to three sets of tee boxes (some gravel, some natural) on each hole. Fourteen of the holes have 2 baskets and several holes have alternate pin locations as well. The various configurations play from around 4,600 feet to almost 7,500 feet. The course features a variety of elevation changes, distances, and fairway designs. There is also a good mix of open and wooded holes to give a well-balanced layout . The various configurations make the course fun for beginners and challenging for veterans. The course is located in a beautiful park with grills, picnic tables, picnic shelters, and softball and baseball fields. The course is open year round free of charge. The Kiwanis Disc Golf Course is located about a mile southwest of Downtown Staunton. The address is Montgomery Hall Park, 1000 Montgomery Avenue, Staunton, VA 24401. There is a parking area at the tennis courts. While in Staunton, visit the birthplace of President Woodrow Wilson, the Frontier Culture Museum, and the Blackfriars Theatre at the American Shakespeare Center |

Description:
The Fox Disc Golf Course opened in Coyner Springs Park in Waynesboro, Virginia in August of 2015. Designed by Chris Faunce and built by Waynesboro Parks and Rec. Currently it is a 9 hole course with rubber tee pads and one basket on each hole with a layout that measures around 2600 feet. There are plans to develop it into an 18 hole course. Directions:
The Fox Disc Golf Course is located south of downtown Waynesboro about 2.5 miles from I-64. The address is Coyner Springs Park, 2091 Lyndhurst Road, Waynesboro, VA 22980. Take exit 94 off I-64 and go south for 0.7 miles, turn left onto Ladd Rd, after 1.2 miles turn left into the park. Once in the park, follow the road around to the right to the lower parking lot near the pavilion. The course is open year round free of charge.
